Accessibility Statement

Effective date: October 12, 2026

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Please do not use website forms to request emergency assistance.

Mercy Grace Private Practice (“Mercy Grace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) wants everyone to be able to use our website, https://mgppaz.com (the “Site”), including people with disabilities. We are working to make the Site accessible and straightforward to use, and we welcome your feedback.

The standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines describe how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Where we stand

We consider accessibility as we design and build the Site, and we review it as we make changes. The Site has not yet had a formal, independent accessibility audit, so we describe it as partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: most of the Site meets the standard, and some parts may not yet fully meet it. Improving this is ongoing work, not a one-time task.

What we do

Steps we take to support accessibility include:

  • Using clear page structure, headings, and link text so the Site can be read and navigated in order;
  • Writing text descriptions for images that carry meaning;
  • Aiming for text and background colours that stay readable; and
  • Treating accessibility as part of our ongoing work whenever we change the Site.

Parts of the Site we do not control

Some features are provided by other companies and open on their own websites or apps — for example, our patient portal, MyHealthSpot, and the social media platforms we link to. We do not control those services, and they may not fully meet the same accessibility standard. If one of them stands between you and something you need, please tell us and we will help you another way.

Getting help and reporting a barrier

If you have trouble using any part of this Site, or you need information from it in another format, we want to help. Please reach us:

We aim to respond within three business days. It helps us if you tell us the page or feature involved, what went wrong, and the best way to reach you.

Changes to this statement

We may update this statement as the Site changes. When we do, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date, shown at the top of the page.
